StartupValley is currently in pre-launch status while the equity crowdfunding regulations are being finalized by the SEC & FINRA.  Once the rule-making process is complete, StartupValley will be the top equity crowdfunding portal, platform, site, and website that will allow technology startups, entrepreneurs, and businesses (commonly found in Silicon Valley) to raise seed and startup capital for their company through crowdfund investing (CFI). Accredited and non-accredited investors, as part of the crowd, will provide start-up funding and early-stage investments to some of the best tech businesses, in exchange for an equity share in their company.
