StartupValley was created to help small technology businesses get off the ground. StartupValley knows this first hand as the Founder & CEO has been an entrepreneur for the last 15 years and knows all about the struggles in raising capital. StartupValley has had a fantastic last few months in its inaugural year of 2012. There are many changes that will be continued to be made throughout StartupValley to allow startups and investors to have a user-friendly and exciting experience.

  • June 2012
    • StartupValley Founded
  • August 2012
    • StartupValley Beta site Launched. Companies are able to submit their pitch to appear on the site and begin gaining awareness for their future capital raising campaign.
  • September 2012
    • StartupValley became a co-founder of CfPA.
    • StartupValley became a member of CFIRA.
  • October 2012
    • StartupValley featured in Forbes.
    • Founder and CEO, Daryl H. Bryant sat on a crowdfunding panel at TechLaunch, a NJ based technology accelerator.
    • StartupValley attends Crowdfunding Bootcamp in Las Vegas, NV. StartupValley met with fellow CfPA and CFIRA members.
    • Bryant sits on the portal committee within CFIRA
  • November 2012
    • StartupValley attends SEC Small Business Capital Formation Forum in Washington, D.C. StartupValley met with the SEC Commissioners and other crowdfunding industry members to discuss and progress the Title II and Title III rules and regulations.
  • December 2012


StartupValley is beyond excited to see what is in store for 2013. We will see Title II finalized and perhaps even Title III. This is the beginning of a journey that will take a new crowdfunding industry to heights one would have never thought possible.
