Biography

Will Guyster is the Fellowship Program Manager with the MIT Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship where he trains aspiring entrepreneurs on how to think strategically through the launch of innovative and high-impact businesses in emerging/frontier markets. Considered an expert in emerging/frontier market entrepreneurship by the US State Department, he has 17+ years of experience in the areas of small business development, market research, strategic management, and financial management. He has worked for the World Bank, Credit Agricole CIB in New York, and managed a $90M USAID portfolio of projects Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Prior to MIT, Mr. Guyster founded an entrepreneur laboratory in Ghana, West Africa, called Good Morning Africa. It focused on helping local entrepreneurs optimize their operations and grow to international standards. Mr. Guyster is a graduate of Columbia University where he focused on Political Economy and International Development.
